The background of Taito Research is the vision of experienced executive search professionals for a modern executive search process. Our experience in executive search consulting, in- house recruitment and from the point of view of the buyer of recruitment services drew our attention to the need for a transparent, agile and applicant-friendly executive search service.
Our consultants come from different backgrounds and we have strong expertise in HR, sales and teaching positions in addition to executive search and recruitment.
I am one of the founding members of Taito, the chairman of our board and responsible for senior management recruitment and sales. My own background is strongly focused on recruitment, which I have worked in for over 16 years, the last 8 years as an entrepreneur. As a recruiter, I have been able to experience the industry’s slow change towards individual valuing and jobseeker-oriented recruitment. Fortunately, long and bureaucratic search processes are turning into agile meetings, where the development of the industries is also kept in mind, and thus the changes in one’s own competence needs. The cornerstones of successful recruitment are a thorough candidate research, an applicant-oriented, appreciative and informative process, and quick decisions.
I am one of the founding partners of Taito Research and an experienced recruitment and executive search professional. During my career, I have recruited hundreds of talents from expert positions to top management. I’ve been able to get to know a wide range of different industries and tasks. Most of my career consists of consultant tasks, but I have also worked in the in-house role of recruitment – for example, in the technology sector. At Taito, I work closely in the customer interface with executive searches and take care of existing and new clients. I am also responsible for Taito’s employer brand mapping service, its development and implementation.

I am an experienced executive search and recruitment expert and one of the founding partners of Taito Research. During my career so far, I’ve been able to recruit versatile talents in various fields, from expert roles all the way to top management. In addition to the role of a consultant, I have also worked as an in-house recruiter and HR Business Partner in the technology sector. I help our customers achieve their goals by finding the right talent and the experts to develop in their careers. In addition to customer work and executive search, I am responsible for Taito’s operational activities and its development, and I help Taito’s team succeed in their work.
I work as a senior consultant on demanding expert and management level direct searches. I have a strong background in B2B sales and marketing in the tourism and hospitality industry. I also do coaching and business coaching.My heart beats for people and continuous learning. I am an eternal advocate of value-based and people-oriented management. I have been working at Taito Research since spring 2019. In my work, I enjoy customer encounters and the fact that we can help growing wonderful companies achieve their goals with the help of the right recruitments.
My background is a combination of inhouse HR career and consulting work. I have been recruiting for about 15 years. I have mostly recruited people for versatile expert and manager level positions in companies in the technology industry. Close to my heart is a work culture that values and respects people, and I always want to give my client and candidate a good experience from our cooperation.
I joined Taito’s team in August 2022 and work as a Talent Search consultant on various executive search projects. I have a few years of experience in the world of executive searches, and in my work I’ve been able to look for talent in a very diverse range of industries, from specialists all the way up to management level. The most important things for me as a consultant are satisfied customers and experts, and I feel that a first-class candidate experience is the most important key to success. I have a curious nature and I think the best thing about my job is the opportunity to always learn something new.
