We offer two assessment services for different levels:

  • Expert and Manager Assessment

  • Top Management Assessment

Our personal assessment service is delivered by experienced experts in suitability assessment and recruitment, each with several years of experience in evaluating individuals for various job roles. These experts also hold valid certificates for the industry's leading assessment tools.

The selection of tests and methodologies is always based on the specific job description. We assess various aspects, including the candidate's strengths, abilities, motivational structure, natural tendencies, and trait energy, as well as potential development areas and weaknesses that align with the job requirements. In our assessments, we utilize the Talogy and Paradigm Personality Labs tests.

Our comprehensive assessment process encompasses self-assessment, psychometric tests, and a structured, in-depth interview that is tailored to the job description. We may also incorporate coaching techniques to enhance the evaluation process. The evaluation results are communicated verbally to the client, and a concise one-page summary report highlighting the key findings is provided to both the client and the assessed individual.

How does the assessment proceed?

The assessment process typically unfolds in the following manner:

  1. A discussion takes place between the evaluator and the recruitment consultant/client regarding the assignment.

  2. The candidate independently completes web-based preliminary tasks, which typically take around 1-2.5 hours.

  3. The evaluator conducts an interview with the candidate and provides open, constructive feedback at the conclusion of the interview. This interview typically lasts approximately 1.5-3 hours, depending on the specifics of the job description.

  4. The evaluator engages in a discussion with the client, reviewing the assessment report.

  5. Subsequently, the evaluator compiles a summary of the results and sends it to both the client and the candidate.
