Based on the interviews, the idea of the foundations of the Taito Lead concept was strengthened. With Taito Lead, we’ve striven to build a clear and agile process. Solid experience in the recruitment and executive search industry has helped us customize Taito Lead into a service stripped of everything unnecessary but without losing anything that produces added value. When the process is carefully planned and scheduled from beginning to end, there’s time for just the right things, such as identifying the client’s drivers.

We believe the key to successful top management searches is the ability to identify the client company’s market situation and business drivers, as well as the desire to learn how the position being applied for is linked to the overall picture of the company’s strategy. That’s why our process with the client always starts with a comprehensive kick-off. During the kick-off, our consultant gets to know the company, its operations and people. We don’t just go over what the requested position entails, but we want to hear about the strategy and learn about the company’s dynamics and management culture, sales and customers. This is how we reach clarity on what we’re really looking for.

To us, first-class means valuing candidates: we actively keep them informed at all stages of the process and we genuinely care. We openly give feedback and sparring support throughout the process.

The application process at Taito Lead doesn’t end when the signatures are on the papers. In our process, the key persons successful start is supported by the coaching process. Before actually starting the task, there are usually one or two orientational coaching meetings lasting about 1.5 hours. Coaching is designed in such a way that it increases the key persons self-knowledge and accelerates the development of management skills.
